2010 Macedon Blanc de Noirs Sparkling White

Produced from 100% pinot noir grapes, this dry sparkling white is rich in fruit on the palate, with a full bodied texture and a firm acid structure. 

The bouquet hints at the complexity one would expect from a vintage release. It has bready, yeasty characters and fragrant fruit.
